wow this week was amazing and really busy. I am really loving my new area, it is really great. My companion Elder Standage is really cool and a great Elder. It is fun to work and train new missionaries, it is his first time being a zone leader. We worked really hard this week. His last companion and him werent able to really establish a big teaching pool, so we worked like crazy this week. And we had alot of success. We were able to mark 11 baptisms and find 23 new investagatos. I really am loving my calling as a missionary.
We also saw some miracles. I really wanted to baptism our fisrt week together. So we worked like crazy with all the people that had already been going to church and on saturday we were able to help 2 men be baptized. They have been going to church for like 2 months, but never wanted to be baptized. We taught them and the accepted. On saturday after the first sesson of conferece we were able to bapitzed them.
It really was a big mircale. We found some really amazing people this week, that are defintely going to be baptized. We are helping the wife of one member be baptized. She smokes ALOT, but we worked all week with her, and last night i went there, she only smoked 2 cigarettes. So this week she is going to be baptized. We also have some other people that are preparing for baptism this week. It is going to be a great week. Our goal is to have 3 baptims this week, and 12 this month!! We are going to work really hard.
I am really loving the new zone, but it is really big!! 20 missionaries is alot of people. We had a meeting yesterday with all 20 of us, and i could just feel the power that we have. It is amazing. This week is transfers.. (normal transfers) so we are going to probably recieve some new missionaries in our zone. maybe my companion is going to leave, he already has 6 months here... but we will see, I hope not, i really like working with him.
This week we found someboday really special, that is defintely going to be a bishop one day. He has already read the Book of Mormon, and he is already inviting everybody in his family to be baptized. He is going to be baptized on the 17th, his name is Sergio. He is awesome, his wife is a less active member, who is going to a different church now, but we are going to help her come back, and baptize the whole family. they have 11 children, but only 1 lives with them.
I am so grateful to be a missionary. I am so happy to be here and working in the Lord´s work.

Hurrah for Israel!!
Elder Olsen
